Standard Delivery

Free Shipping 

Free Shipping applies to all orders United States Domestic orders. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method. Most orders ship within a 7-14 business days, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location. Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods.

International orders will be shipped using FedEx delivery service.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in either the FedEx website.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 3-4 business days from the day you completed your payment, please kindly contact our customer service representatives for more information.

International Shipping

We ask for your patience on all international orders as customs takes some time to process for foreign countries and may affect delivery times accordingly. Thank you. 

Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Lust Bracelet. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We DO NOT accept refunds or returns on any orders. All sales are final. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact info@Lust Bracelet.com within twelve (10) business days to request an exchange.
